STEPS
1. Start
with a spotless divider and place your bed where you need it to be. At that
point advance your bed a bit so you can stamp on the divider. Locate the focal
point of your bed with the measuring tape and delicately check that spot on
your divider with the pencil. Allot 17 ½ crawls starting there to one side and
make a check; measure a similar separation from that inside point to one side
and make a little stamp (appeared by the two extensive dark specks in Fig. 1).
Those two imprints are the place the bases of the two outside bedposts will be.
The bedpost bases will broaden 2 crawls down from the highest point of the bed
to cover the tape closes.
2. Now you
will make the vertical lines for the left bedpost. From the dab for the base of
the left bedpost (allude to the dark specks in Fig.1), measure specifically up
37 inches and gently stamp the divider with the pencil (see the expansive dark
dabs in Fig. 2). Place a bit of washi tape from the base left spot on your
divider.
3. With
scissors, trim the tape to make a straight edge, if necessary. Working within
the tape you simply set, include a moment bit of washi tape that is parallel to
the principal piece, with a 1 inch crevice between the two.
4. Repeat
the second step for the correct bedpost. Complete off the bedposts with a 3
inch bit of washi tape set on a level plane on top of each of the two bedposts.
To effortlessly cut the washi tape, put a bit of tape on material paper,
measure, and cut. Peel off the tape and place it on the divider.
5. Now will
make the top curves (see Fig. 3). Cut out all bits of washi tape for the curves
somewhat longer than the estimations appeared in Fig. 3. Place the tape on the
divider to shape two parallel curves following the outline, beginning 4 ½ inch
down from the highest points of the bedposts. Your tape pieces will cover a
bit. With scissors, trim the tape pieces so the edges line up together.
6. Now you
will make the base edge of the headboard. Beginning at the base within the
bedposts (see Fig. 3), measure up 4 inches and stamp with pencil delicately on
the divider. Place a flat bit of washi tape from bedpost to bedpost. With
scissors, trim the tape so the edges line up together.
7. Now you
will make the vertical stripes of the headboard. Beginning with the middle
stripes, utilize your measuring tape and pencil to check the top and base spots
for situation of the two focus bits of washi tape, as per the measures in Fig.
3. Place the washi tape on the divider and trim with scissors for clean edges.
8. According
to the estimations in Fig. 3, measure and check where the side vertical stripes
of the headboard will be put, between the middle stripes and the bedposts.
Place the washi tape on the divider to make the two vertical stripes on each
side. Trim the tape with scissors for clean edges.
